The simulation now has 100 complexes... They are set initially uniformly and randomly inside the box, and all diffuse freely with the same coefficient. The complexes are pictured with a circle at their current position, and a line signifying the displacement from the previous frame, i.e. and roughly speaking the speed of the complex.
